YES I developed insomnia mainly due to anxiety and after trying multiple natural remedies without success my Taiwanese friend recommended me dried longan fruit. I started taking 15-20 small pieces soaked in hot water, before bed, once a day and noticed improvement within few days. After couple of weeks my insomnia was gone. I was surprised how effective this simple remedy was. It is apparently used widely in Chinese medicine for fatigue, stress, insomnia etc.
