any type of exercise that you enjoy or learn to enjoy will help alleviate depression, the release of natural chemicals in you body as a result of exercise called endorphins quite simply make you happier. Yoga and the breathe release tension and stress, a good run will wipe out all you troubles, a session in the weight room is a great stress reliever. Any exercise you choose including walking the family dog gives you relief from depression.

Exercise is very important to help with depression. Several research studies have shown that people who exercise regularly are significantly less likely to get depressed. A brisk 30 minute walk every day can make a dramatic difference. I recommend combining this exercise remedy with Magnesium Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar remedies also discussed on this website.
