Exercise is very important to help with depression. Several research studies have shown that people who exercise regularly are significantly less likely to get depressed. A brisk 30 minute walk every day can make a dramatic difference. I recommend combining this exercise remedy with Magnesium Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar remedies also discussed on this website.
