611 YES Apple cider vinegar applied direct to the haemmorrhoids provides quick and lasting relief for some people. In most cases it does not burn or sting, but if you are worried about that you can add some to a shallow bath and sit in it, or dilute it before applying it. However, most people apply it neat.
