Everyone up here seems to be drinking the H2O2 solution but I spray it on my skin and dilute it with water. Has anybody else tried this method and got successful results?
After you have prepared the H2O2 solution you apply it onto your skin. Spray it on your hips and lower back if you are suffering from type 2 genital herpes and spray it on the back of your neck if you are suffering from type 1 herpes. Important! Snowpea - it may not be working for you because you take "soy". It contains Arginine that Herpes virus feeds on. Also, if you dilute 3 drops in 8oz distilled water (tap water binds with metals in it) and use all on your outside body (with spray bottle mainly on your back or spine and hip area) it works well too, and after it dries I use DMSO cream to hip and back area and it seems to cure genital herpes even though not directly on that area. I also increase 1 drop a day, to 25 drops, then go back down by 1 drop a day. Taking L-lysine with Vit C and Zinc in it are also good tablets to boost immune system.
