YES This is some advice for everyone that has HSV, in controlling the out break.
Viruses don't like heat, so next time you feel that little tingle starting, take a cup of hot water and warm a spoon up and apply it to the area.
Only touch the spoon to the water for a tenth of a second. You don't want to take the skin off just get it hot and do it 3, 4, 5 times if you want, but don't do it while you have been drinking. The reason should be obvious, you'll think you are superman. The next day the tingle should be gone. if not do it again. Even if the blister has broken it will shorten the time to heal.
