Usually I have a strong back and no pain whatsoever. However, last month I had back pain in the lower back for a few days. A friend told me to do the following exercise a couple of times each day, especially after waking up in the morning. Sit on your bed and lean forwards. Lean as far forwards as you can, so your chest is touching your knees if you can do that. Relax, breathe deeply, and stay in that position for a minute. After doing it just once, my back felt a bit better. After doing it a few more times during the day my back was only slightly sore. A few days later it was 100% OK.
